Individual imports according to § 73 Abs. 3 AMG

The German Medicines Act allows the import of medicines that are not authorised in Germany in individual cases. This is to ensure that patients can also be supplied with medicines that are not yet authorised in Germany or are also no longer on the market in Germany. Medicines may also be imported from abroad in the event of temporary supply bottlenecks or if the required strength or dosage form is not available in Germany.
